Inspired by the dragon teapot owned by Uncle Iroh in the animated tv series "Avatar the Last Airbender"
I find immense joy in having brought these to life. The idea to make them first struck me during a deep depression in 2020. The concept lived in my mind until August of 2024 when I finally decided to bring the vision to reality. I spent the next year figuring out how to make these teapots and thoroughly documenting the process, and finally finishing them in July 2025. The result was an incredible journey of experimentation, discovery, and ultimately the teapots themselves. Each one is unique, striking and full of lessons (and tea).
